  • 1 - Prep the chicken and rice

    Before making this recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients. We start by seasoning the chicken with a little lemon, salt, sesame oil, grated ginger, and soy sauce. We continue by cooking the rice. To do this, put it on the fire in a medium saucepan with water and a pinch of salt.     Also, prepare a French omelette in another small frying pan with a little oil. When it is completely cooked, cut it into slices and add the omelette to the rice. Finally, stir until it is well distributed throughout the dish.
